We would like to inform you about a scheduled maintenance, that will be conducted during the aforementioned time window:
During maintenance eID-based ident services will be unavailable or delayed. The services might need one or more restarts during maintenance and could thereby be wholly unavailable.
Users trying to use eID during maintenance will receive an error and will be presented with the option to switch ident methods (if applicable, and configured). All others will be able to re-try after maintenance.
POS accounts will be affected in so far, that any configured eID/TAN or eID/CAN flow will be unavailable. Even if your POS account does not rely on eID, we still suggest to refrain from using POS during maintenance.
Other ident methods and signatures will not be affected.
